UPROSA products are handmade to order in the US and produced and sold by Threadless. Please contact Threadless directly with regards to your order, there is no UPROSA Customer Support.
Most likely yes! Threadless ships almost everywhere in the world. To find out if they ship to your country, place an item in your cart on their website, select "View Cart", and then "Check out!". In the first checkout step- Shipping Info- select the 'Country' pull-down menu. If your country is included in that list, then Threadless ships to you! If your country is not included, you, unfortunately, won't be able to place an order. In this case, we'd suggest having a friend from another country order for you and forward the shipment to you.
The processing time for an order is typically 2 to 5 business days. Keep in mind, processing time may vary depending on sales and bank holidays.
If you received a shipping confirmation email by Threadless, your order has shipped. Here are the average transit times for each shipping method:

Average transit time with DHL Globalmail Standard shipping is 4 to 8 days, plus additional processing and transit time within your country. Orders sent via Threadless’s Standard shipping method typically arrive in about 1-3 weeks. However, delays can occur in transit or holds at the local customs office, so it's possible to take up to 5 weeks for an order to be delivered.

If you haven't received any email updates about your order, it's likely they were marked as spam. Some email providers may mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Check your spam folder for emails about your order and make sure to add Threadless to your safe list.
If you didn't receive an order confirmation, don't place your order again until you're sure the order didn't go through or you may end up with a duplicate order. First, check the Order Status page to see if your order exists. Enter your order number, email address, and billing zip/post code. Make sure to enter this information it was entered when the order was placed. Another way to pull up your order status is to enter your full name and the first 4 AND last 4 digits of the credit card number used to place the order if you don't have the order number or think you may have entered the email address incorrectly. If you aren't able to locate your order through the Order Status page, contact the Threadless Help team with your name and email address used to place the order, and they will locate the order for you.
If you haven't received your shipping confirmation, it's likely your order hasn't shipped yet. Check the processing time for your order in the order confirmation email to determine when it should be sent out. It's possible that your order was shipped and the notification wasn't sent due to a technical error. If it's past the processing time and your order should have already shipped, but you haven't received the shipping confirmation, contact our the Threadless Help Team to confirm the ship date for your order.
Any international order may incur a customs fee. Because of this, Threadless include a note in the shipping step of checkout letting you know all international orders may incur customs fees and additional fees. The customs office is not a fun place, but Threadless need to follow their rules and fill out all customs forms properly by marking the package correctly and including the value of the items you ordered. Otherwise, Threadless risk of having the shipment returned to us or being prohibited from shipping to that country. Keep in mind, when you select the Gift option during checkout that does not mean the Gift box is checked on the customs form. Please be aware that shipments sent as gifts may still be charged customs fees.
Any collection of customs fees goes to your government, not Threadless or UPROSA. Since we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other and fees vary from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes, and how to avoid them. Most countries allow up to a certain value of goods into the country without any additional duties and taxes.
Certain UPS shipments may also incur minimal UPS handling/brokerage fees.
